Once a month, Carl Hughes Models organizes a fun shoot. We book a studio and a model for 2 hours, usually during the week, 19h00-21h00, somewhere in Durban. Only 6 photographers are allowed per session with a model.

This occasion gives amateur photographers the opportunity to photograph a nude model for themselves.

It also gives professional photographers the opportunity to meet and experiment with the models before you pay our commercial fees.

It gives our professional models exposure.

It gives our amateur models and experience and photos to build up their portfolio.

Rates per fun session

Photographers pay R 100 - R 250, depending on the quality of the model available. Each photographer must also give the model 3 jumbo prints for her portfolio.

Models are paid R150,00 - R 600,00 for these fun shoots.
